August, shortly after we made the finals in the summer, we got the diagnosis of her condition. And the family was fighting it for many years here, and she did have an unbelievable job. They originally gave her six to eighteen months to live, and the amount of time that we were able to spend with her and get with her, the treatment she got, the doctor she got - I was, I am really proud of her fight.”

Just in the last three years, there’s so many memories that I’m thankful for and grateful for. But our whole lives, she really did so much for us as a family. It’s the hardest thing. It’s just something that you feel like trying to find answers to and struggle why. But in the end, you try to cherish the memories that you do have and hold them dear. Unbelievable Mom.”
